About the Event

Whether you’re employed, self-employed, small business or a CEO, our collective “new normal” is challenging. You’ve got to split your time between sorting out the most urgent issues, figuring out what’s going to happen next and what the hell you and your business should focus on – and it feels like it’s changing every day.

It can be overwhelming, and it can lonely.

A Different Type of Online Call

There are many opportunities for online networking, which is great. It’s nice to connect with others and share thoughts about what’s going on, but sometimes this just isn’t enough.

To be clear, we don’t have the answers; But what we do know is there are some amazing ways to be more productive, to maintain positive communication with employees, colleagues, clients and family in these unprecedented times.

This is an invitation for you to join an online meet-up via Zoom on 6th May at 9.00am. Yes, we’ll do some talking, but we’ll also get off our comfy seats, move around and shake things up.

We’ll introduce you to Yaron Engler from UpBeat Performance who has spent more than 20 years exploring and road testing mindfulness.

A professional drummer who has performed and worked around the world, Yaron’s direct, honest and playful approach inspires and motivates clients and audiences to create simple, positive change resulting in personal growth.

Why should you attend?

Yaron has a wealth of experience in delivering unique and uplifting interactions. The LLJ team have had the pleasure of participating in two of Yaron’s sessions so we know the impact you'll experience. People come out of these calls feeling calmer, clearer, more confident and capable of dealing much better with whatever lies ahead.

What do you need to know?

  • Be on time. We start at 9.30am.
  • Make sure you have Zoom installed on your computer before the call. We’ll send you a link and password the day before the event.
  • Have a stable internet connection
  • Make sure your video camera & Mic is on and working
  • Be in a space where you feel comfortable to move your arms without breaking anything and share your thoughts openly, make noise and do some physical exercises
  • Wear comfortable clothes. We might move a little bit.

That’s it. Come with an open mind and Yaron will take care of the rest!
