The power of positive thoughts

We're all prone to negative thoughts and the feeling that we're just not good enough sometimes...


But as Rhian reminds us, even though having these thoughts are normal, we can challenge them through positive self-talk.


It's a message we champion throughout the Dare to Dream programme, reiterating the positive impact speaking to yourself with kindness, not criticism, can have ❤️
