We are delighted to share our ‘Annual Impact Report’ for 2024/25 with you and to showcase the incredible energy, authenticity and life-changing outcomes of our Dare to Dream programme.
To the students, teachers and mentors who have shared their experiences with us, and to the M&E specialists, designers and our own amazing team who have collaborated to create this report, thank you all so much for your input.

Over the years, we’ve seen firsthand just how powerful Dare to Dream can be and the impact it has on those involved.
Our most comprehensive to date, the 2024/25 report sees this impact brought to life through the voices of the students, teachers and mentors who took part which gives us fantastic insights into the difference the programme has made on a number of levels.
Excitingly, momentum and appetite for our programmes continue to gather pace, which in turn, opens up new opportunities for us to further deepen the support we offer.

This year, we extended the journey from Year 9 into Year 10 and 11 (plus apprenticeships and FE) enabling us to reach more young people than ever before at a crucial point in their lives.
Likewise, in strengthening our partnerships with employers, funders, and local authorities, we’ve been able to scale and evolve our offering to spread our messages and deliver even further afield.
Finally, the report highlights the genuine need and demand from young people for initiatives like Dare to Dream as they navigate an increasingly challenging world and try to find their place within it.
There’s therefore a real chance for us all to support them with building confidence and skills and giving them more opportunities to unlock their potential - we're looking forward to doing just that this year and in the years to come.
Thank you for your continued support. It truly makes all the difference.
